KIEV, Jan. 22 - Ukraine could introduce auctions to sell access to interstate power transmission lines to export electricity and restrictions on the minimum price of exported electricity.

The initiator of a bill registered in Parliament Jan. 18 to do just this is the head of the parliamentary committee for the fuel and energy sector, nuclear policy and security, Mykola Martynenko.
