KIEV, Jan. 18 - The price of one square meter of housing located outside cottage villages in Kiev region in 2007 grew by 46%, to $1,884 pre square meter or $383,256 per house, SV Development director for marketing, Volodymyr Stepenko, told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that the maximum growth in the price of one square meter in houses last year was registered in the Borodianka District - a 57.3% rise, to $1,080 with the average price of a house being $115,766.
