MOSCOW/KIEV, Jan. 17 - Ukraine and the European Union have reached a compromise concerning export duties, lifting the last barrier on the way to Ukraine's joining the World Trade Organization, the Ukrainian cabinet reported on Thursday, referring to Deputy Prime Minister for European and International Integration, Hryhoriy Nemyria.
"Today we reached a compromise, settling the issue of export duties, which have been a problem since 2006," he said.
