KIEV, Jan. 14 - Denmark's H+H International will build a plant in Ukraine's Rivne region to produce porous concrete blocks, the regional administration said in a statement.

The company intends to invest EUR32 million in the construction of the plant. The regional authorities have leased the company 18 hectares of land intended for agricultural purposes for 49 years.
