KIEV, Jan. 14 - The government plans to give the right to regional state administrations to introduce maximum extra charges on diesel fuel and gasoline sold through filling stations, at the level no more than 10% of the wholesale and sales price of the producer or the customs value, the Economy Ministry reported on Saturday.

According to the report, the ministry has drawn up a relevant draft cabinet resolution to fulfill an order issued at a cabinet meeting held by Premier Yulia Tymoshenko on January 4 on the situation on the food and fuel markets.
