KIEV, Jan. 12 - Ukrtransgaz reduced the pumping of gas from underground storage facilities by 12.6%, or 1.9 billion cubic meters, in 2007, to 13.2 billion cubic meters, the company reported on Friday.

In December alone, the company pumped out 3.4 billion cubic meters from its underground storage facilities, which was 6.2% or 200 million cubic meters up on December 2006.
