KIEV, Dec. 27 - The Ukrainian cabinet has canceled a transfer of a state stake in UkrTatNafta (the Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region) from the state-owned Naftogaz Ukrayiny to the State property Fund.

The cabinet resolution, passed Dec. 24, in effect ends a months-long dispute by canceling earlier cabinet resolutions which were suspended by the Ukrainian president.
