KIEV, Dec. 20 – Stock market investors hope for more transparent privatization processes and passage of laws protecting investor rights with the appointment of Yulia Tymoshenko as prime minister, according to analysts polled by Interfax-Ukraine.
"We expect in general that the government of Tymoshenko will be working more actively on restructuring the economy, market reforms, and transparent privatization. Also, we are expecting the liberalization of the land market," said Andriy Bespiatov at Dragon Capital.
