KIEV, Dec. 17 – A comprehensive testing of Parliament’s computer vote counting system on Friday showed repeated malfunctions similar to the one that disrupted the prime minister vote last week, a lawmaker said Monday.

The malfunctions put increasing pressure on the pro-Western coalition, which controls only a slim majority of 227 in the 450-seat Parliament and relies heavily on each individual lawmaker for a successful vote.
