KIEV, Dec. 14 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is to acquire a 17.5% stake in Shostka city dairy factory, one of Ukraine's largest cheese producers.

"The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is undertaking to acquire 17.5% [stake] in one of the largest cheese producers in Ukraine, Shostka City Milk Factory, which is owned by the French Groupe Bel, one of the world's leading branded cheese manufacturers," the EBRD announced.
