MOSCOW, Dec. 13 - Russia's Tatneft has addressed a letter to Rixo International Ltd, requesting that the company suspend deliveries of tanker oil to UkrTatNafta (Kremenchuk Oil Refinery).

"The raiders [who have seized UkrTatNafta] are trying to solve the problem of supplying the refinery through oil deliveries via Odessa and other Black Sea ports. In order to supply oil to the Kremenchuk refinery, they have used resources delivered by your company to the Odessa port," the letter quoted the company's first deputy general director, Nail Maganov, as saying.
