KIEV, Dec. 11 - Oschadbank plans to receive a Fitch Ratings Agency's rating before the start of 2008 in the light of its preparations to place eurobonds, according to Oschadbank Chairman Anatoliy Huley.

"I think that the last rating we'll receive by the end of the current year will be from Fitch," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
