KIEV, Dec. 10 – Ukraine’s rocketing consumer inflation and rising energy prices will be the main issues to be tackled by the government of Yulia Tymoshenko when she is approved as the new prime minister, analysts said Monday.
The inflation was reported at 15.2% year-on-year in November, the highest level in seven years, and the double of what the government of Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych had originally forecast in 2007.
