KIEV, Dec. 7 - The World Bank's Board of Executive Directors endorsed a new Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) for Ukraine in 2008-2011 that envisions a lending range of $2 billion-$6 billion for the country, the World Bank said in a press release.
"The strategy also foresees the continuation of financial assistance in support of economic reforms through the Development Policy Loan program, expected to provide budget financing in the range of $400 million-600 million annually," the release says.
