KIEV, Dec. 6 - The shareholders of Sarmatia, the company set up to build an extension of the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline to Poland, will make their financial contributions by Dec. 24, Polish President Lech Kaczynski said Thursday.

"Payments to the company will be made by December 24," Kaczynski said at a press conference with Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yushchenko in Kiev.
