KIEV, Nov. 29 - Illichivsk maritime merchant port in Odessa region is borrowing EUR26 million from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development against government guarantees.

A guarantee agreement on the loan was signed by First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov and EBRD Country Director Kamen Zahariev.

Director of Illichivsk maritime merchant port Hennadiy Skvortsov signed the loan agreement on behalf of Ukraine.
