KIEV, Nov. 29 - The Transport and Communications Ministry plans to hold a tender to select a company to build terminal D at Boryspil state international airport by the start of 2008.

"I think that by late 2007 we'll announce a tender to build the terminal [at Boryspil international airport], and in spring 2008 the building of the terminal will start, financed by a Japanese credit," Transport and Communications Minister Mykola Rudkovsky said.
