KIEV, Nov. 22 - The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection of Poland (OCCP) in November permitted ISD Polska, daughter company of Donetsk-based Industrial Union of Donbas (IUD), to receive control over Stocznia Gdansk S.A. shipyard, according to an office report.

The Polish office said that ISD Polska could build up a stake of over 80% of the stocks in the shipyard.
