DONETSK, Nov. 20 - Donbas Fuel Energy Company (DTEK) plans to invest $380 million in 2007-2012 into the upgrade and development of the Zuyevskaya, Kurakhovskaya and Luganskaya thermal power plants, DTEK Director for Generation and Distribution Garry Levesley has said.

"While earlier repairs were made to allow the equipment to keep running, now the task is to increase the efficiency and security of their work through installing modern technologies in this sphere," he told the press in Donetsk last week.
