KIEV, Nov. 19 - The state-owned Naftogaz Ukrayiny has decided following a meeting with bondholders to postpone the issuance of its financial report for 2006, violating a covenant with the company's eurobond holders, one of the market players has told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that investors had decided not to submit bonds for early pay off.
