KIEV/KAZAN, Nov. 19 - An extraordinary general meeting of UkrTatNafta (Kremenchuk Oil Refinery) shareholders planned for Nov. 15 failed to take place due to the lack of a quorum, a source told Interfax.
"The registration of shareholders began at 10 a.m. on Nov. 15 and was extended until 6 p.m. on Nov. 16. At the same time, neither the Ukrainian nor the Russian shareholders expressed a desire to register in the allotted timeframe.
