LONDON, Nov. 14 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'BB-' senior unsecured debt rating to Ukraine’s $700 million bond maturing in 2017, the agency announced.

At the same time, S&P assigned a recovery rating of '4', indicating its expectation of an average recovery (30%-50%) in the event of a payment default.
