KIEV, Nov. 13 - The international liquidity crisis will not seriously influence the paying capacity of Ukrainian banks due to their stable finance position, Moody's Investors Service reported in its November review.

"The volume of liquid assets accumulated by Ukrainian banks in H1 2007 is more than two times up compared to payments of foreign loans," the service experts reported.
