KIEV, Nov. 13 - The decision of Ukraine's government to postpone the start of grain exports from Nov. 1 until Dec. 31 is not significantly impacting the price situation on Ukraine's grain market, Ukrainian agriculture experts reported.
"In the price context, this [government decision] has had no impact on the market," head of analytical service of APK-Infrom Rodion Rybchynsky told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.
