KIEV, Nov. 12 – A Ukrainian delegation headed by Economy Minister Anatoliy Kinakh is headed for talks with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a part of the World Bank group, to negotiate a $300 million development policy loan.

The other delegation participants are deputy head of the State Property Fund Anatoliy Hrynenko, deputy Finance Minister Andriy Kravets and deputy NBU head Volodymyr Krotiuk, the presidential Web site reported.
