KIEV, Nov. 7 - The Sarmatia International Pipeline Company Ltd. has adopted its constituent documents following a working group meeting held on Nov. 5-6 at the Pivdenny sea oil terminal in Odessa.

At the meeting, representatives of the five oil companies participating in the project adopted a wide range of issues for the project's further development, according to the official statement by OJSC UkrTransNafta.
