WARSAW, Nov. 7 - Ukrainian Automobile Corporation, or UkrAuto, and General Motors Corp. (GM) plan to set up a joint venture at the Polish plant Fabryk? Samochodow Osobowych (FSO), an UkrAuto owner said Tuesday.

Tariel Vasadze, who is also the honorary president of UkrAvto, said a preliminary agreement states that 60% of the venture will belong to UkrAuto and 40% to GM's South Korean subdivision GM Daewoo.
