KIEV, Nov. 2 - Sarmatia, an international oil venture created to build a route to move Caspian Sea crude to markets in the European Union, will hold a meeting Monday in Ukraine, a Ukrainian shareholder said Friday.

Sarmatia, whose shareholders include oil companies from Ukraine, Poland, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Lithuania will hold the meeting to map out plans for the route, UkrTransNafta, an oil shipping monopoly, reported.
