KIEV, Nov. 2 - Next year Naftogaz Ukrayiny will begin refining oil at UkrTatNafta under the program to create an oil product stabilization reserve. Lysychansk Oil Refinery, a TNK-BP property, currently refines oil under the program.

"Using capacity at the Kremenchuk refinery [UkrTatNafta], in which Naftogaz Ukrayiny owns a 61.3% stake, will significantly enhance the company's ability to influence the retail oil product market," Naftogaz said on Friday.
