KIEV, Nov. 1 - The Italian aviation authority's ban on flights of Kiev-based Ukrainian International Airlines to Rome and Milan are a response to Ukraine's restrictions on Italian carrier AlItalia, according to the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine.
"We did not confirm the right to use seven frequency bands at a nightstand at the Boryspil airport during the winter schedule for the Italian carrier AlItalia due to the absence of agreements between the aviation bodies of the two countries," press secretary of the administration, Natalia Aliushina, has told Interfax-Ukraine.
