KIEV, Oct. 30 - HeidelbergCement Group in Ukraine plans to launch two mixed concrete plants in Luhansk and Odessa in Q1 2008, Director General of Kryvbass Beton Oleksandr Melnyk told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to Melnyk, in February 2008, the company plans to launch a plant in Luhansk with a production capacity of 100 cubic meters of mixed concrete per hour.
