KIEV, Oct. 31 - The board of directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will vote on allocating a EUR200 million loan to Ukraine's state owned National Energy Company Ukrenergo at a meeting slated for Nov. 6, the chairman of the National Electricity Regulatory Commission, Serhiy Titenko, told journalists in Kiev.
The loan would be put towards the construction of a 750-kilovolt-power transmission line between the Rivne nuclear power plant and the Kyivska substation.
