KIEV, Oct. 29 - Todays Writing Products Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that company subsidiary Today's Petrotech Ltd.(TPTL) has entered into a joint venture with Naftogaz India Pvt Ltd (NG) a wholly owned subsidiary of Naftogaz Ukrayiny.

In the joint venture, Naftogaz shall provide the necessary technical support by way of authorizations, data, skilled personnel etc. as may be required by the JV from time to time for the execution of the projects undertaken by the JV, the press release reads.
