KIEV, Oct. 23 – Ukraine will sign an agreement with Kyrgyzstan as part of its accession to the World Trade Organization by the end of 2007, said Economy Minister Anatoliy Kinakh.

"I am confident that with the help of WTO structures, we will get a positive decision from Kyrgyzstan. Speaking about Ukraine's internal political situation, I hope that this will have no effect and the issue with Kyrgyzstan will be resolved this year, as part of completing Ukraine's preparations for joining the WTO," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Tuesday.
