KIEV, Oct. 22 – Bogdan Corporation, one of Ukraine's largest car producers, in two or three months plans to consolidate industrial assets at Lutsk car plant (the Bogdan car plant), company President Oleh Svynarchuk said at a press conference last week.

"The consolidation of all industrial companies of the corporation will produce a synergetic effect [giving] better access to the financial markets, the attraction of more credits, and an increase in the capitalization and profitability of the company," he said.
