KIEV, Oct. 17 - Ukraine is to become a full member of the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) in December 2008, head of the State aviation administration Anatoliy Kolesnyk said during a press conference on Wednesday.

"What we want to achieve is the integration of Ukraine's aviation industry into the EU's aviation industry. [This means] implementing European legislation and Ukraine's joining the JAA," he said.
