KIEV, Oct. 16 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny does not expect any negative consequences to occur as a result of a possible reduction in its rating by Fitch Ratings, Naftogaz spokesman Oleksiy Fedorov told Interfax.

"We understand that Fitch, in accordance with its standards, was forced to react to the fact a [Naftogaz financial] report for 2006 was not submitted, however we don't expect any negative consequences for the company since our foreign investors and partners are well aware of the reason for the delay," he said.
