KIEV, Oct. 15 – The sale of Kiev-based Ukrsotsbank could be completed in late November or December, says Ukrsotsbank Chairman Borys Timonkin.

"The soonest the deal can be completed is late November… The pessimistic forecast is late December. I think that in a week they will submit the package of documents to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine," the banker said.
