KIEV, Oct. 14 - Ukraine's two pro-Western parties, which are in talks to form the next government, are expected on Monday to submit their coalition agreement to the office of President Viktor Yushchenko, a television reported Sunday.
The parties, including Yushchenko’s Our Ukraine-People’s Self-defense and the group led by former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko, jointly outperform pro-Russian group at the Sept. 30 snap election.
