KIEV/SIMFEROPOL, Oct. 12 - The Ukrainian State Innovation Company will give oil and gas company ChornomorNaftoGaz a long-term loan of UAH200 million ($39.6 million) to develop the Odessa and Bezymyan offshore gas fields in the Black Sea, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.

The government council for investment and innovative development on Oct. 9 approved the allocation of budget funds for this loan.
