KIEV, Oct. 11 - Ukraine is not going to infringe upon Russia's interests by signing an agreement on a joint venture for the completion of the Odessa-Brody-Plock oil pipeline designed to pump oil to Europe, first deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential secretariat and presidential representative at the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Shlapak said.

"By concluding this document, we are not trying to pique our partners from Russia in any way," Shlapak said at a news briefing in Kiev on Thursday.
