WARSAW, Oct. 11 - Ukrainian metallurgy group Industrial Union of Donbas' Polish unit, ISD Polska, has been allowed to inject capital into the Polish Baltic Sea based Gdansk shipyard, a transaction which could gain it an approximate 75% stake in the shipyard, according to Thursday’s business daily Puls Biznesu.
"Ukrainian Industrial Union of Donbas received a green light to inject capital into the Gdansk shipyard," Puls Biznesu wrote. "The deadline for submitting binding offers to buy out the right to acquire a [share] issue worth PLN300-400 million from the Industrial Development Agency ran out yesterday [...].
