KIEV, Oct. 8 – President Viktor Yushchenko will participate in a meeting of member states of GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova), during an energy summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, on Oct. 10-11, deputy head of the Presidential Secretariat Oleksandr Chaly said at a briefing in Kiev on Monday.

"During the summit, the president plans to participate in a meeting of GUAM states dedicated the 10th anniversary of this organization," he said.
