KIEV, Oct. 5 – Five parties will enter Parliament following the snap Sept. 30 election, the Central Election Committee finally announced on Friday after completing counting 100% of ballots.

The vote count took five days, up from one day it usually takes to count 100% of ballots, and comes amid persistent delays in election districts dominated by supporters of Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych.
