KIEV, Oct. 4 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny plans to meet with holders of its eurobonds on October 25 to agree a postponement of the date it will present audited financials for 2006, a market participant told Interfax.

Naftogaz Ukrayiny declined to comment on the report.

The company agreed a schedule for presenting IFR financials to bondholders during the issue of the $500 million in five-year eurobonds in 2004. Failure to meet the schedule gives the bondholders the right to immediately redeem the bonds.
