KIEV, Oct. 2 – Ukraine is considering the possibility of increasing electricity exports from the Dobrotvorska thermal power plant, operated by Zakhidenergo, to Poland, said Stepan Dashkevych, Zakhidenergo technical director.

He said that the possibility to increase the export potential of the Dobrotvorska heat power plant from 150 MW to 300 MW was considered in May 2007 at a meeting between representatives of Ukrenergo, Zakhidenergo, Zomar S.A and Zamojska Korporacia Energetychna (both based in Poland).
