KIEV, Oct. 1 – Lysychansk-based oil refinery Linos (Luhansk region) plans to build an absorption plant in order to cut natural gas consumption.

"This would allow savings of considerable volumes of natural gas– from 900,000 to 1 million cubic meters of gas monthly. This is serious support, taking into account the price of gas that we have to pay today," Lysychansk oil refinery director general Oleksandr Ivanov said in an interview with the Nash Zavod newspaper.
