VILNIUS, Oct. 2 - Poland and Lithuania will sign agreements on creation of joint ventures to carry out energy projects at an energy security conference in Vilnius on Oct. 10-11, Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus and Polish President Lech Kaczynski agreed at a meeting in the Polish city of Torun on Monday.

"An agreement on implementation of the project to lay the Odessa-Brody-Plock oil pipeline and to link the Lithuanian and Polish electrical grids will be signed," the Lithuanian presidential press service told Interfax on Tuesday.
