KIEV, Oct. 1 – Ukraine's government has allowed the Ukravtodor state road administration to attract, under state guarantees, another loan from Morgan Stanley International Limited worth $465 million or other currency, which is equivalent to UAH2.35 billion.

The Cabinet on Aug. 22 permitted Ukravtodor to attract a $465 million loan from Morgan Stanley International Limited on August 22, and a respective credit agreement was signed with Morgan Stanley Bank (the United States) on Aug. 30.
