WARSAW, Sept. 28 - Poland could become independent from Russian oil and gas deliveries if the Odessa-Brody project is realized, Deputy Economy Minister Pawel Poncyliusz said on Polish public radio PR1 Friday.
"We remember the story with Belarus and the Ukraine," Poncyliusz said. "It usually happens at the turn of the year when the Russians start to turn off the 'tap' and say that it [raw material delivery] will continue under different conditions decided by Russia.
